ODAP OPEN DAYS #1 – CHANIA

Successfully concluded in Chania with particularly strong attendance, the first informational event Hellenic Heritage – Open Days #1 took place on Friday, 12 December 2025 (10:30 a.m.), at the Archaeological Museum of Chania. The event marked an important milestone for outreach and public engagement, bringing together institutions, professionals, and the public around Greece’s new digital cultural ecosystem.

At the center of the programme was the official presentation of the new platform of the Ministry of Culture and ODAP, hh.gr, as well as the new digital services that enhance the cultural experience in Greece by facilitating access to information and strengthening visitors’ connection with cultural sites.

The event forms part of a broader series of four publicity and outreach actions implemented within the project’s communication strategy, with the clear objective of informing stakeholders, fostering networking and participation among involved bodies, and maximising the project’s overall impact on the wider public.

The event was supported through comprehensive planning and delivery (coordination, technical support, and production of communication materials), and it also received publicity via a press release and coverage by local media outlets. In parallel, the event was livestreamed, ensuring that its content was accessible to an even wider audience.
